Refund Policy

The short version
There’s a 14-day free trial, so you can fully test AwakeMate before paying. Because of that, purchases are generally final - but your legal rights still apply, and if something’s genuinely broken we’ll fix it or refund you.
Try before you buy
Every feature is available during the 14-day free trial, with no payment required. We strongly encourage you to run AwakeMate through your real workflow during the trial. If it isn’t right for you, simply don’t purchase a license - you won’t be charged.
All sales are generally final
Because AwakeMate is a digital product that you can evaluate in full for free before buying, purchases are non-refundable once made, except as described below or where a refund is required by law.
When we will refund you
- Statutory rights. If you’re a consumer and applicable law (for example, EU/EEA or UK consumer law) gives you a right to a refund or to withdraw from the purchase, we honor it. Where you consent to immediate access to the download and waive a statutory “cooling-off” period, that waiver may apply - but your mandatory rights are never reduced below what the law requires.
- Something’s broken. If AwakeMate has a defect that stops it from working as described and we can’t resolve it for you within a reasonable time, contact us and we’ll make it right - including a refund where appropriate.
- Accidental or duplicate charges. Charged twice, or bought the wrong thing by mistake? Let us know and we’ll sort it out.
How to request a refund
Email fil@fil.technology with your order or receipt details (the email used at checkout and, if you have it, your order number). We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; how quickly it appears depends on your bank or card provider.
Before you file a chargeback
If something went wrong, please reach out first - almost everything can be resolved faster by email than through a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in the associated license key being deactivated.
Payments
Purchases are handled by our payment provider, which may apply its own terms to the transaction. This policy describes how we handle refunds for AwakeMate; nothing here limits any rights you have under the payment provider’s terms or under applicable law.
