AwakeMate for 3D artists & animators
Queue an overnight render in Blender, Cinema 4D or Octane and trust it'll still be going in the morning - AwakeMate keeps your Mac awake until the frames are done.

You lose the whole night to a sleeping Mac
You set up a heavy render, head to bed, and macOS idle-sleep stops it cold. Morning comes and you've lost eight hours of render time - and the deadline got closer, not further away.
Renders run through the night, untouched
Overnight renders, finished
Keep the Mac awake for the full render queue - no idle-sleep stopping it at 40%.
Set it for the night
Timed sessions (or 'until turned off') cover a long queue and end on their own.
Keep the display awake if needed
Some viewport renders want the screen on - flip one toggle. Off by default.
No surprises
Prevents idle sleep only; it won't override a closed lid, critical battery, or thermal events, and never changes your energy settings.
Tools it recognises
Keep awake automatically while your render app or its CLI runs, or set a timed session that covers the queue.

Frequently asked
Does AwakeMate keep my Mac awake during a Blender or Cinema 4D render?
Yes. Use automatic mode while your render app runs, or set a timed session for the length of the queue, and your Mac stays awake until the render finishes.
Can I leave an overnight render running safely?
Yes. Choose a timed session or 'until turned off' and AwakeMate holds the Mac awake through the night, then lets it sleep normally afterwards.
Will it keep the GPU from idling during a render?
AwakeMate prevents system idle sleep so the render process keeps running. For workflows that also need the display on, there's an optional 'keep display awake' toggle.
Does it work on a MacBook on battery?
It prevents idle sleep, but it intentionally won't override forced sleep from a closed lid or critical battery - for unattended overnight renders, keep it plugged in.
